How To Use:
1. Open the container and add a few drops of water to the container's lid.
2. Wet Water Makeup Brush.
3. To activate the eyeliner, use the wet brush by mixing it very well until a creamy thick consistency is achieved.
4. As desired, apply.
5. Please allow the product to air dry completely until storage.
